How to Make a Great Cup of Tea

  • The Judgement Room (Upstairs at Blackwell & Sons) L2, 110 Main Street Greytown, Wellington, 5712 New Zealand (map)

Presented as part of the Greytown Festival of Christmas.

Step into a world of calm with this special tea making and tasting workshop.

As part of the Greytown Festival of Christmas, this especially cozy event invites you to explore the art of tea like never before, because we all know tea is the perfect companion to books!

Led by a certified Tea Master, Beverley McNally (5 Senses of Tea), this hands-on workshop is designed to deepen your appreciation for the experience of tea.

Discover how taste, aroma, feel, sight, and scent come together to create the ultimate sense of tranquility. Through the ritual of tea making and tasting, you’ll learn how each element contributes to the perfect cup.

Throughout the workshop, we’ll be using Monista’s premium loose leaf teas - but the substance of our workshop applies to all teas.

Whether you're new to the world of tea or a seasoned enthusiast, you'll leave with a deeper understanding of how tea can be both a calming ritual and a sensory delight.

Give yourself the gift of a Sunday morning to unwind and savour the simple joy of a well-brewed cup of tea.
