We collect and store personal information from you when you fill out a form on our website or make a purchase from our online store.

We provide information to Payment Service Providers so they can take your payment on our behalf but we do not store your credit card information.

We are a New Zealand registered business located and operating in New Zealand.

Currency
All prices shown are in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand GST.

Additional Charges
Cost of delivery is an additional charge over and above the list price.

International Shipping
We ship internationally with New Zealand Couriers and this is arranged on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly about international orders. Please understand that you are responsible for any duties or fees that may be incurred when it arrives in your country. International shipping is not included in free shipping promotions which may be offered from time to time.

True Cost Shipping

$1 from every package shipped goes to Trees That Count. We believe that we’re responsible for the cost to the environment as well as the cost of getting your items to you.

Damages & Returns
Your peace of mind is important to us. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us so we can remedy the situation. If we are unable to replace the damaged item, a refund will be given.

Exchanges
Exchanges within 14 days of purchase please. Receipt required. Refunds are only given for faulty goods, store credit given or exchanges made for everything else.

No exchanges or returns for goods on sale or for tickets to our live classes.
